In the Valencian Community of Spain, Cullera is a municipality. It is situated in the Valencia province and in the Ribera Baixa comarca. Here, comarca means a traditional administrative division of Spain. The town Cullera is approximately 40 km away from the city of Valencia where daily flights to the European destinations are available.Cullera has come up as a summer holiday town at the middle of the Valencian coast of the Mediterranean Sea. It is located right at the mouth of the Jucar River. The town Cullera also enjoys the proximity of the historic centres, beaches, natural parks and the sun. On the flip side, it offers state-of-the-art living amenities. The total area of Cullera is 53.8 sq. km. The official languages of Cullera are Spanish and Valencian.Traditionally, the mainstay of the economy is agriculture and the main produce is rice and orange. Fishing has now gone down. Tourism has flourished in Cullera as the alternate source of revenue both nationally and internationally.
