The neighbourhood of a million-dollar estate is the French Terres Basses or Lowlands. It is an island which has been built on the rolling hills of St. Martin's westernmost region. Here, you can come across many popular and spectacular beaches like the Baie aux Prumes (Long Beach, Baie Longue and Plum Beach). All of these beaches are secluded, they also consist of a have public parking, but no services. You will not find any of the beaches to be crowded. The beach of Baie Rouge can be found near some of the two of the fiercely competing beach bars that provide the tourists with food and drink and chairs and umbrellas.
