The Republic of Panama is the country which is thought to occupy the entire Central America and North America and is surrounded by Costa Rica in the West and Columbia in the Southeast. Panama is the largest capital city which is the home to 3.9 million people. Prior to the emergence of Spanish, Panama was occupied by indigenous tribes.

In the year 1821, Panama broke away from Spain and joined Ecuador, Nueva Granada and Venezuela. Panama was still joined to Nueva Granada when Gran Columbia dissolved. It remains now the second most competitive economy in the entire Latin America and its dense jungles are a home to tropical plants and animals. Even the rarest species of plants and animals can be located here.<
