Bouches-du-Rhone of France is located in the south west side of the Provence region. It was named after the mouth of Rhone River. This river divides the department in two major regions. It is on the Mediterranean coast and on the west side the Languedoc-Roussillon is situated. Bouches-du-Rhone has lot of diversity in the towns and has particularly Roman Architecture. There are many mountains that are located in this department and Sainte-Baume massif is the highest of all. The largest city of this department is Marseille. This city has the most important harbor that serves the commercial and industrial purpose of the region.
