Correns is a subdivision in south-eastern France. It is located in the Var subdivision in the Provence-Alpes-Cote-d Azur area. It is just a small village on the banks of the Argens River in the Var provence. It is situated at a distance of 10km to north of Brignoles. The city is known as Courrens in Provencal language. The village is located at the entrance of two canyons- Vallon Sourn and Bagarede. It is the foremost organic village of France. It is because all the grapes and foods produced in the village are organic. The city is considered to be a ‘Bio Village’. There is rich green rural area in the village that is irrigated by underground water channels. The major produced product of the village is wine. It is spread over an area of 37.06sq.km. There are numbers of fountains in the village. The major economy of the village is based on olives, handicrafts, honey and tourism.
