Evenos is a village made up of a group of houses in the VAR province of South France. The village overlooks an old castle’s ruins. The village’s main street runs right up to the dungeon in the castle. Tourists come to this village to visit the Gorges d’Ollioules salt pits on the nearby Toulon to La Ciotat road. The Falaises du Cimay climbing site is located near Evenos. This site was a marble mining locale two decades ago.
