Le Castellet is a town in the VAR region of Provence Alpes Cote d’Azur region of France. It spans across a total area of 44.77 sq. km. Le Castellet lies to the north of the town of Toulon. The town has rich vegetation with thick groves, vineyards and bushes. You will find the town perched on a high land. Large number of the local workshops such as ceramics, candle making, leather work, and pottery are located in the town. A famous film named “ La Femme du Boulanger” which translated into English means “ The Baker’s Shop” was filmed in Le Castellet. French is the official language spoken in the town.
