The geographical region of Norway, North Norway comprises of three Northern countries, namely, Finnmark, Troms and Nordland which is nearly 35% of the Norway’s mainland. Some of the towns here include Bodo, Mo I Rana, Tromso, Narvik, Alta. The ‘land of midnight sun’, Northern Norway has Arctic archipelago towards the North. Northern Norway is multicultural which houses Sami people and Norwegians at the same time. The widely spoken language is Norwegian. About one third of Norway is Northern Norway and its Southernmost part is termed as Helgeland. One can find a lot many islands and Skerries towards the coastal range. Northern Norway is the sparsely populated part of Norway stretching from Idyllic Helgeland in the South towards the northernmost point of mainland Europe.
