Malopolskie is one of the 16 administrative provinces of southern Poland. This small province is also known as Lesser Poland Voivodeship. It is one of the popular tourist spots in the eastern European country, Poland. Krakow is the capital city of this province. It covers an area of almost 5833 square meters. This province was created in the year of 1999. A certain region of the Carpathian Mountains also falls under this province. The Tatra Mountains are the highest point of the Carpathian Mountains here in this province. Wieliczka Salt Mine, Pieniny National Park, Main Square are some of the most visited spots here in this province.
