Lliria is a municipality in the Spain. It is a medium-sized town that is located off the CV35 motorway to the north of Valencia. It was earlier known as Edeta in the ancient Iberian times. It is considered as the musical capital of the region. It is at a height of approximately 164m above the sea level. The economic activities of the city include agriculture and textile industries. Also there are industries of construction materials, plastics and furniture. The city is at a distance of 25km north-west of the Valencian province. It is the capital of the area called as Camp De Turia.The city has mountainous foothills of the Sierra Calderona range. Also there is an agricultural area on the left bank of the River Turia. The city is rich in cultural values as well as historical importance. It is called as the ‘City of Music’. Also it is known for its archaeological and monumental sites. These sites are considered to be most important in the entire Valancia. That is why it is considered to be “Symphony of Cultures”.
