Upon receiving our construction specifications and an initial quotation for your villa, the next phase of the process begins: selecting the optimal building location. Land prices vary by region, with rural plots starting at approximately €40,000, while urban plots typically begin at €150 per m². In the province of Alicante, rustic building plots require a minimum of 10,000 m², whereas in certain areas of Murcia, a minimum of 5,000 m² is sufficient for a detached villa. Urban plots are available in sizes ranging from 300 m² to 2,000 m². Once the ideal building location has been identified, we will work closely with you to refine your design and finalize all requirements.
