EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT MONTEJAQUE
The quaint town of Montejaque, Malaga is part of the Serrania de Ronda. The simple town has rows of classic Andalucian homes with whitewashed walls and Arabic roof tiling, standing on narrow cobblestone streets. Residents of Montejaque usually wake up early in the morning intending to get more things done under the sun. It is common to see campo dogs, goats, and chickens in small gardens because of the town's agricultural practices. Recently, Montejaque has been making efforts toward creating a tourist-friendly town with newly renovated holiday homes and places for rent. Must-go spots in town are the Plaza, Parish Church of Santiago El Mayor, the Casa de Constitution, and Hermita de las Escariguelas.
