Sagunt is a metropolis in the Eastern Spain. It lies in the comacra of Camp De Morvedre in the Valencian province. It is close to the Coastal Azahar on the Mediterranean Sea. It is at a distance of 30km to the north of Valencia. The city has the leftovers of the Iberian and Roman city called as Sanguntum. This city is known to have an important role in the Second Punic war. This battle was fought amid the Carthaginians and the Romans. The Port of Sagunt is the major industry that attracts tourism as well. Also there is large scale production of citrus fruits in the city.
